What does work, beside paint tray liners is to use the garbage bag when you stop but have more painting to do by putting the roller and the tray and any brush you are using inside the garbage bag and wrap it tightly. it will keep it from drying out

Yes you are right I looked it up and I do frequently add filler rod when I go back to clean up if it's undercut a little bit however I am just doing small art stands for like something the size of a plate or that's when I would be cleaning up the weld to make it look better nothing structural but duly noted thanks

i dont know what it does to the integrity of the weld ( not that it matters for when Im making a stand for a piece of art, but sometimes with my TIG I go back over the weld and pretty it up.
