I’ll have to try this for a special batch for my husband. He didn’t care for the seeds.

I don’t know if he has the time to make one. Each leaf takes about 8 hrs to print. Someone mentioned that Etsy has them. Are you in the US?

Love to see it when it’s done.

Love the yellow “ornaments”! I want to ask him to print me one with flowers so we can use it year round.

Looks like you may have a long list. Everyone has a favorite cider place in Michigan. Haha

Yes, it’s pretty common. But most don’t keep the loan for long (sell house or refinance the original loan).

Yes, that’s correct.

Georgia. They're about 1-1.5% of the value.

Total finance charge: 279,261.89 / Total payment amount: 394,261.89. This is all assuming you made just the min. monthly payment of 1,095.17 over 360 months (30 years).

100% but it's def. a lot harder to afford now. Got my first place (townhome) in 2003 @ 5.85% interest for $133k. When we sold in 2017, it was paid off and the entire amount ($134k, it was underwater during the 2010-2013 recession) was our down payment for our next place. Hubs and I wouldn't have anything to show if not for that purchase.

Premium was $3.46 on the Costco App at this same location. So .54 difference.

This was the Alpharetta Costco but Gwinnett Place had regular for 2.89, today, I think. Get the Costoc app, at the bottom select "warehouse" and it shows you the price of gas daily.

Min. wage in Michigan during that time was $3.35. My dad had a union job at one of car manufactures back then. Mom also worked at higher than min. wage.

The cost of the houses back then were really low. My parents bought a 3bd/1ba house for $40k during the early 80’s.

Love miniature schnauzers! They’re fur is so soft, especially on their heads.
