But ML is a Private Equity firm; their business model—to enshitify the site—is the SAME as what WE are doing in protest. ML literally responded and said they didn't CARE what we did: protest, FUBDs, etc.
If we're JUST doing this to deprive ML of potential ad revenue while Imgur implodes behind us, that's fine, but don't think salting your own field will save it.

Pretty sure this has long since moved past the 'protest' point and now is just actively working to make the remaining "mods" do as much work as possible and to potentially crash or slow down operation. Most of us have accepted the fact that Corporate Paternus has shown Imgur has dropped on its list of "things to bother maintaining" for the most part, so all most of what the community is doing anymore is just putting more holes in the already-sinking ship.
