As a physician, I can assure you that there are a LOT of doctors that work themselves to exhaustion. I know because I was one of them.
Standards are standards, and any one physician’s personal brand of crazy doesn’t change that. This is not in the US.
As a physician, I can tell you with 100% certainty that this is not a US OR.
