We don't actually know what the question is, so we would have a 1 out of 4 chance of picking the correct answer. Meaning "the chance of answering correctly" is 25%. As there are two 25%'s. this takes the "chance of it being correct" to 50%! Therefore, if you have a 50% chance of being correct, option C) is the right answer... which is 1 out of the 4 options... aka 25%
