This is me. I work out around 2-3 hours a day 6 days a week. I'm still overweight b/c I like to eat shitty food(I also love working out).
Plenty is changed and many characters aren't even true to their book versions.
I think a bar with 10lb plates is better just because for deadlifts starting with just a bar means you're starting position will be off.

No it doesn't. 0 is freezing and 100 is the boiling point of water. And temps go well past 100 in hot states in USA, so it makes no sense.
