I have not seen all of star trek so it might have been answered already, but since replicators and teleporters use the same technology, could a replicator create a living being if given the blueprint of one? The teleporter have accidently made clones after all.
It's hard to say, the texture of the snow, the consistancy of the inprint after the cat, the physics of the tail hitting the snow, it looks real, the only thing that looks fake is the bird.
