It is very fucking hard to get out of - although it is possible. Addicts need more understanding and support - the addiction might not have been their fault in the first place.
Just goes to show that national, religious or moral boundaries don't matter one bit to the ultra rich.

Haven't seen the speech in full, and fuck this guy on principle, but a lot of low-fat processed food has replaced fat with sugars, which is arguably worse than some fat. Keep the simple carbs / sugar low. Look up insulin tolerance and type 3 diabetes.
Fair, but consider my comment coaching, rather than shaming. However, i strongly disagree that pushing a self-reliant society is why we are where we are. Dumbing down education and glorifying ignorance is why we're in this state. That and the pursuit of money over decency and integrity.
