Okay one, that sucks and I'm sorry it happened.Two, yeah, either find a locking thing for your gas cover or just have a small canister in your trunk that's at least half full of gas so if this happens again, you won't be 100% stuck in god only knows where with no gas and having to go out of your way to find a way to get some....still massively sucks, though.

They're also doing a good job laying the foundation to make sure even those of us who are grown and had SOME semblance of positive feelings for our country are really getting to hate it. Sure the USA was never perfect, not by a long shot, but holy hell, this regime is doing a bang up job at making sure they hurt / piss off as many people as possible no matter where they are on the political, financial, & ethic lines. Just read through the replies to this and I 100% agree. If you're out there and just want a peaceful place to play at but still be able to interact with others, make that peaceful place. There ARE other people out there who aren't walking piles of garbage. They're looking for a peaceful place, too. You're not alone. It's just tricky trying to cross paths with them and to reinforce a truly safe space. Zero tolerance for the disgusting pests. Life is better without them.

Crumple up pieces of paper instead. I did that with two litters of kittens and they went nuts for it.....though you always have to watch out for a rogue kitten who might get a bit too excited and piddle in the paper balls.Life experience there.

Let's all be honest here. Yes, we want to treat the waiters nicely b/c its the right thing to do, BUT these people are making & serving you your food. You piss them off & they know how to mess with your food & get away with it. (Heard stories about rude customers getting their pattie 'accidentally' dropped on the kitchen floor, or 'accidentally' rubbed all around the garbage lid edge before getting put into the sandwich. This is just the stuff we know about.)

Who wants to waste so much time & effort dealing with all of that, when they can just be put down? True that. Sometimes a smile is just a smile. Sometimes a compliment is just pointing out 'hey, I like how that looks' and you move on with your day. Not a date, no further conversation needed. Just 'see something, say something nice, and move on with your day'.

And that's when I learned the hard way to 1 - keep my wallet on a metal chain attached at the waist (either belt or belt loop) so ain't no way it's getting lost or forgotten somewhere...or get dropped in the toilet... again.2 - make sure it can't be scanned by a card reader while still in my wallet. Use RFID protectors, people. Digital pickpocketing is real.
Just goes to show that when out of a shelter and in a safe, peaceful, loving home, these spoiled rotten hairballs will thrive.

Even if you cringe, feel grossed out, and look away... people will still look....like looking at a crash on the road or a dumpster on fire. All it has to be is out of the ordinary to be attention grabbing.
That's suggesting that the US court system works at any sort of a reasonable pace to begin with. There's a reason why they have the reputation of working at a snail's pace.

The only problem with that is that there are still way too many people holding onto the hold stereotype of 'girls must have it beaten into them at the youngest possible age to be tolerant, kind, and 'lady-like' because that's what's expected of them' whereas boys are allowed to do as they please and if they misbehave? act like bullies? 'Oh, that's just boys being boys. It's normal. It's fine'. Got 3 older sisters with kids of their own. One of them has raised her kids this way.
4 continued - sometimes (depends on the person, depends on the stage of grief, and how heart aching they feel), a really thoughtful gift like that only ends up as a painful reminder, instead of a sweet keepsake. So, yeah, I definately think it'd be a good idea to ask her if she'd want something like that before deciding to surprise her with it.5 - Whatever you decide to do, good luck, and I hope you both are able to find solace and peace in your lives, despite these precious losses.
