People think that going to the rally/riot while prepared to defend yourself is somehow "premeditated murder". It's a bullshit excuse.
It's not self defense if you are literally chasing the dude down. It IS self defense if you shoot someone chasing you, though.
No. You engage if it's the best chance at safety for you and those around you. If the person is running away they're not a threat anymore.
