charge against Kyle for being too young to carry that rifle is a misdemeanor charge, hard to say if it is actually illegal per the law tho

What evidence is there that he went there to murder? He only shot people that were assaulting him and only after running from them.

There isnt strong evidence to say he went there to murder. He could have easily finished off the guy holding the pistol but stopped short

If he is convicted of not being old enough to carry that rifle its a misdemeanor per Wisonsin.

Also per Wisconsin law you only need to be 16 to carry a long rifle, but 18 to carry a short barreled gun or shotgun.

His lawyer is claiming he didnt cross state lines with it. He borrowed it from a friend in Wisconsin.

well it is a misdemeanor per Wisconsin. What do you disagree with?

him being there was definitely not smart, but at most he was carrying a firearm he was slightly too young to carry, which is a misdemeanor

its not murder if he was attacked, which is what the evidence appears to show.

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

the evidence does not show they were attacked. All video available shows the deceased attacking first.

He may have to plead guilty to the weapons charge, but its a misdemeanor. The murder charge, if it sticks would be the end for him.

the militia issue is irrelevant, the question is, was he being attacked and did he have reason to believe he would be harmed.

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

its not murder if you are being attacked per the law of the land

The fact that the kid was there doing what he was doing is childish imo, but he doesn't deserve to be in prison.

Yes we had slavery in North America a long time ago, so did most other countries at some point in their history.
