Is that AI Slop? I am seriously wondering. It has a few cuts and the consistency between shots is pretty good. If this is AI, figuring out what has been done with VFX (Kung Pow for example has very similar vibes) and pure AI will be very difficult. Fuck, the future is looking less and less bright by the minute (for these and other reasons).
Corridor Crew had a few interesting videos on how to spot AI video. First is focus. AI has a very hard time to create a video where the point of interest is not always the focus. 2nd is inconsistency, fast motions always make AI stumble as it does not "create" a video, it interpolates information from the last few images. 3rd, as mentioned before, the age. This is always a giveaway. basically any video from 2022 and before cannot be AI generated, unless it's assisted as deepfake or similar.

Also and I cannot stress this enough: When you start to eat more solid food, chew like your life depends on it. You don't have a pyloric sphincter anymore, just a very small opening that makes food trickle through very slowly. If the food you swallow is to large to pass through, it will come up again. I think that's called dumping syndrome. I started to chew for at least 30 seconds each time for each bite. If you're not used to this it might take some time getting used to it.
Did mine 3 years ago. The hospital did not prepare me well enough for this, so I had to visit a dietologist. You can only eat almost fluid food the first two weeks. Also a maximum of 200g, maybe even less at the start.Also you might need protein supplements. I had troubles taking in enough protein at first and almost lost 10 kg of muscles in the first month alone. (you need around 1 g per kg of weight you want to achieve, so it was 90-100 for me).
I don't think she is running with a selfie stick. If you look at the shadow on her arm and the shadow on the floor, she is actually just holding the phone in her hand.
