that is not what the point was. if you have an established company with 100 employees that makes more than 10mil in profit a year, you can afford to pay those employees an actual living wage and still earn enough to cover operating expenses. even better, just have a company co-op and tie everybody's take-home pay directly to the success of the business. there is no justification for managment to earn 1,000+% of the pay of your front line workers.
