Those reports can lead to welfare checks by law enforcement and CPS, which can in turn lead to the children being removed from the abusive environment and the abusers can be arrested.
Thankfully there's been a lot of push recently to make non-competes unenforceable, a couple states have even enacted partial bans on them.
I think it might be time for Gabi to revisit her reinforced wheel design from #9.
