I've comletely lost faith in the judicial system (that he controls almost entirely) and it certainly feels like he could walk up and shoot random people on the street himself with zero reason for doing so, lie about doing it, and half the population in the US would cheer it on and there would be zero repercussions for doing so.

The war is directly helping fund Russia's coffers via oil revenue. So quick to blame leftists, but leftists didn't start the war here and jacked prices up for us here and simultaneously helped Russia earn more cash with their cheap oil.You are brainwashed. Wake up.
Only upside to this I can see is artists that sell NSFW work can do so without penalty of being removed/banned from payment processors which has been a thing for a while (pre-gen ai porn which is rampant as hell now and I don't count as 'art').
Right And the fact that the automotive industry lobbied politicians that helped shape the current infrastructure we have today, so that we were more reliant on cars than we needed to be. But it's one of many problems that caused this urban sprawl (not just the size which we poorly managed) and I'm really not able to give it all the detail it needs while having to stay under 500 characters in a comment section.

Problem is infrastructure & horifically terrible planning. You have to drive way, way longer and further on average in the US than in most other countries and even though it's a recognized issue.. nothing is being done to resolve that. Just tons of wasted space.
