PR department went over to legal with bats to explain the finer details of public relations.
Because there's a very big "always be grinding" mindset among the stupid. The kind of people that firmly belive that if what you're doing doesn't have the goal to earn money or otherwise directly benefit you, it's not worth doing. And if someone else doesn't belive that, they should be shamed and talked down on to hide their own doubts and insecurities.

Chef here, with opinions. Having allergies is fine and you will be accommodated as much as possible. On other hand, if you show up with a two page list of allergies.. i think maybe you should have stayed at home. Yes, I have gotten 2 page-long list of allergies from people, I am being 100% literal.
