Opposite for me. I love big scary tall hulking men, and cute petite short women. I’m already a short fairly masculine women, so I feel like I need a man who can handle me (physically) and make me feel more feminine or a woman who would make me feel masculine. Ohh interesting. I always felt like I could tell when people were ever so slightly off key. I never really said anything because I felt like maybe I was just a snob and I’d never want to discourage someone from doing what they love! I can always tell when I am not hitting a note correctly as well
I was once selected for a musically gifted program when I was in kindergarten. I practiced “Edelweiss” with my dad over and over until the day I had my audition appointment. The lady asked if I wanted to sing the piece, or sing my ABCs. I picked my ABCs because I was insanely shy and terrified of singing in front of people (still am). I never got a call back (that I know of) and to this day I regret not just singing the song even though I was only 5. I wish I’d had more opportunity as a kid
This sounds stupid but I think I have perfect pitch but I have no way to know because I have no interest in learning a musical instrument. The only way I think I can tell is I sang the national anthem a cappella in a small group and I lead the piece and one of the guys who had his own band complimented the fact that I hit the starting note perfectly every time. I was in competitive choir in HS and annoyed the teacher because I can’t sight read but I can hear something once and sing it perfectly.

I went to an Italian restaurant in DC with a friend around Christmas. Absolutely no one was in there except some dude sitting with his back to the wall in the corner of the restaurant talking to two guys wearing matching orange sweatsuits and our waiter. Our waiter did not speak English very well. There were cameras everywhere. The food was fantastic lol
That’s what did it for me. I play games to enjoy them and I die a lot because I don’t “git gud”. Now I have to start ALL OVER because I’m not the best at it? No thanks.
