I think they have different settings or different machines, the ones I used to see where mostly in the 200s.
I assume this either has battery or feeds into the grid to guarantee enough power, although then a big wind turbine nearby probably cheaper
The Nissan Leaf is very affordable, some will comment on range and size but it would suit most people most of the time.
