1) Internet Explorer is my favorite browser downloading client. 2) I'm not sure why some people act like giving upvotes costs them money. 3) If you reply to someone's comment, even if you don't like it, upvote them. If someone replies to you, even if you don't reply, upvote them. It's just good etiquette, people. 4) Nighttime in the U.S. is a rough time to be on Imgur. The streets aren't safe.
