TV license is not a criminal matter, educate yourself before spouting off

The TV license isn’t a TV license, the BBC Tax would be a better name, though not perfect. You need to pay to watch any live tv and iplayer

Its not though is it as you don’t need a TV license to own a tv, just to consume live media (the BBC) that has to be funded from somewhere

No it’s just to watch live tv. You can own a tv without a license.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You don’t license your tv, you pay to watch Live TV and that goes towards the BBC. You can have a tv and watch netflix etc and not need one

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You don’t need to sign anything, you just don’t pay for the license. They might come round, and you just say “I don’t watch live TV”

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No they don’t for fucks sake

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

“You have to pay a license fee whenever you buy a tv?” No, you pay a license fee to watch Live TV, you can own a tv and not need a license.
