there likely isnt a painless way to remove it, but part of what hangs up people from removing something like this is understanding that you're going to cause the other person pain, so you hesitate, or dont move swiftly. the macaque doesnt have that concern so it just removes them as quickly and efficiently as possible wh ich DOES minimize the pain.

the term "AI" used in video gaming is a misnomer. NPCs in a video game are strictly programmed what they can and cant do. some have an attached RNG to mix up lines, but they don't have any choices. they do what they were programmed to do, they cant think, learn, or react.
