Yes first past the post wins. The Liberals are Canada's establishment party, being in power over 70 of the last 100 years. If they win a majority they can do anything, but if they get Minority they need to form a coalition. The NDP is Canada's progressive party, and has formed coalition governments with the Liberals to keep out Conservatives. The only time legislation to help the underprivileged like healthcare and workers rights gets passed is when the NDP has leverage in a minority coalition
Jack Layton was the GOAT. Jagmeet has been a big disappointment. But anyone who votes for Carney's lies is delusional if they think the man behind Liz Truss, Stephen Harper and Justin Trudeau's disastrous policies cares about helping the working classes. If the NDP loose votes and the Liberals get the super majority the polls say, I think life will get harder for many lower income Canadians.
Probably the photographers discretion, the 2 handguns are for separate competitions and would not be together normally.

this is a amendment to bill c21 the law to ban handguns and airsoft, it is different to the oic in 2020. continued ...
only firearms under the 2020 oic are eligible for compensation as they were banned via regulation this is a different law.
