Don't really need butter to cook on nonstick pan. Good with ripe bananas or blueberries added to batter.
Easiest pancake recipe: 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, 1 egg, 1 pinch of salt. Add a little sugar if you like (I don't) and/or vanilla extract.
