For back pain. Get one of those electric hospital beds and raise the knees. They’re the best
I rev my bike once in the morning. But only a small rev. Sometimes my bike will stall if you turn the throttle. So I test before leaving.

Yeah I got to the state of being unable to walk, use bowels. Etc. Even rolling over made me scream in pain, turns out I had an infection 1/2
