china an russia are the only ones that actually have leverage. If anything he would do it and make sure trump didn't have a part in it
sometimes mostly snow. but its still snowing now so who knows anymore

I live in toronto and not sure why they don't just knock off the rest and get on with it. They closed the aquarium! think of the children!
