I could kind of understand Bush. The War on Terror had lots of support initially, and people rally around the leader when there's a war on. But when that leader gets you into a war that isn't realistically winnable without significantly harming the economy, that no longer works. The Democrats are going to put Cory Booker up and say "He's black and well spoken, so think of him as Obama 2.0". The DNC screwed Bernie out once. They need him to run with AOC for ANY reform to happen. Otherwise, revolt
I'm going to laugh if people vote the Republican party in AGAIN after he dies in office. There's no way he is going out democratically. People are going to assume that since trump is no more, the Republican party will be forever in opposition, but they'll simultaneously forget to vote.

Look at the numbers. Nobody fucking voted. You got approx 48000 voters in each district and you have less than 50% of eligible people voting. It makes perfect sense.
