I don’t often play the same album twice, but this album - even though I’ve known it for 40+years - just melted my little mind. Especially “The Hunting Song”. Dear god. This is why I love music so much.
I think I do as well, but they are both fantastic.

They all can be sentimental. That’s why it’s such a great album!
Hmmm. Well, I don’t use Spotify so I guess my opnion counts for less then but this is my favourite R.E.M. album. Later albums were a bit less consistant to me, but still had a lot of fantastic tracks on them. A lot of my friend won’t listen to anything not on IRS for whatever that’s worth.

It’s an amazing album. For me, every track on it has a lot of meaning connected to it; Tonight it was Ripple that made me cry. And Box of Rain, but that always does.

I’m crap at lists, but this is definitely a favourite album. Janis tears it up as do BBATHC. Perfect.
