And I don't mean to be rude either, or late, but it helped me lose 25kg in half a year. IIRC. Stopped drinking alcohol, didn't eat bread or starches, cancelled all sugars. No pasta except that one day. Walks every few days. Regularly didn't eat during afternoons and evenings.
Did keto, but allowed myself to have spaghetti or some such on Fridays or Saturdays.

This is crap if it's about the last guy that was shot by ICE; he got shot in the back. Thrice. Nothing to do with "being afraid". They're escalating things right up until someone shoots a bunch of those ICE'rs. Then they have another excuse to take things up a notch. Don't fall for it.

Someone's mother had lent us her car. I get in, and a friend was waiting for me to unlock the passenger door from the inside (old car). As I reach for it, I notice the radio is gone. First thinking it was stolen and starting to panic, I notice that it's not our car. Ours was the same brand, the same color, everything, but was parked a few meters away. I get out, lean on the car and look at my friend. He looks up at me, wonders why I got out again, only then realizes the mistake we made.
