Phalanopsis orchids want to dry fairly well between watering. Most only need water once every week or less.
They may need a bit more light. Orchids usually have a bit higher light requirements than a philodendron. Water could also be an issue as

Mine got our crappy sidewalks replaced by the builder for free, got the city to repave the road and shut down an illegal rock crushing op

I'm curious, one of the rare begonias you said was your picture. Are you a botanist? Plant collector? Just curious about nature in general?
I love it! Some of them I knew (unfortunately I've killed a peacock begonia). I'm seriously considering adding a jade vine to my collection.
I ended up buying a huge bag on Amazon. I already bake a lot so I’ll get through it this year.
It's ok to take care of yourself! Please rest and try not to feel guilty for resting. Knowing your limits and respecting them is good!
