it depends of the bakery/baker, in Paris young/middle age people tends to prefer their baguette tan but older people prefer to have their baguette cook a bit longer… we say « Pas trop cuite » (rare) or « bien cuite » (medium rare/well done). So yes her baguette is not a filter. You can ask me anything else my parents were bakers, i know some stuff, or if you’re curious about France/Paris
