Yeah! I learned about it from a friend of mine. She works at the Waco, TX facility where skittles are made.
Fun fact! The lime flavor became too expensive. Green apple was a cheaper alternative that would still be green.

I agree. I followed the King Arthur Baking recipe, they recommended AP flour so that’s what I used. I may have over kneaded.
