I have an English degree and work in building maintenance. That should explain everything.
What's interesting, is that this might start insurance companies down the road of raising insurance rates of companies that don't pay their employees well enough because of the risk of violent employee reaction. I wonder if insurance companies have factored this into their mathematical formula?
