As an OCD “sufferer” I used to get so mad when people said stuff like this. Now I’m just glad they don’t understand b/c they don’t have it!
You can kick it. I don’t mean that in a cliche way. If I can get clean, you can get sober. Keep your head up and take 1 day at a time

Waking up in the morning. I used to jump up, excited for the day. Now it takes me a handful of pills and 30 min. to stand up.
