Yes absolutely bi already does that, the Bisexual Manifesto from 1990 includes diverse genders in it! Plus existing as a Bisexual non-binary person means I'm proof that bi is inclusive already ๐ Pan is under the bisexual umbrella and is kind of a more specific way to say their attraction is regardless of gender, where bi could be any multi gender attraction, and it's down to the individual to define themselves as bi or pan. I prefer the bi flag personally haha!
