I know my cats are everywhere, that's why I sanitize each time I prepare food. It's not that hard and should be done each time either way. My countertop is stone and I like it better than finding a cutting board.

I've had them at a dim sum. They were ok but you're really just nibbling the skin of the feet. Not filling but ok.

When I was learning to teach in rural MO, the school had something like this for making bulletin board letters and shapes. Very satisfying but dangerously sharp. I assume it was already ancient by the time I used it. Apparently they're still being made.

For the calves, they will be fed and watched in their own area. Once the process is over, they will go to their own field to live until they are sold at auction. The males will eventually be castrated. The females may be sold for meat or kept to join another heard for breeding. You have to keep track of what bull sired them to avoid inbreeding.
