A few years ago when i heard about it, i was so excited to watching Artemis with my daughter. When i grew up, Apollo was the greatest technological achievement in human history, imho. I followed every shuttle launch, America was the future, it was the standard that we all should measure ourselves against, that we should all aspire to. But as much as i wanted to, i just couldn't bring myself to watch the launch. I can't explain it, but beyond a loved one, I've never felt such a sense of loss.
Vive la France!
Dinosaurs were on screen for 14 minutes, 6 of which was CGI. Spielberg really is a magician.
Classic Erastosthenes, lol.
Jesus Christ, did that guy ever have hair?
They look more like thought bubbles. So that doesn't check out either.
#6 i miss when America was the best of our future. Now i fear that it's the worst of our past. And I take absolutely no pleasure in thar, i weep for what we've all lost.
Maybe 30% of the world's agricultural fertiliser is shipped through the straits. Or it was. This is a big problem.
Probably just a well he didn't need Britain in fairness. It only took a week for the Navy to get out of Portsmouth to defend an RAF base in Cyprus that the RAF couldn't defend themselves. And even then they could only send one ship, which took 3 days to clear the Channel. And still isn't there.
I don't mind flying Ryanair on my way out to my holidays, it's (usually) cheap. But I'll not be traumatised on my way home, I'll always find another way back.
An egg? A hen's egg? In this economy?!?!
They certainly have broken the news.
Stupid karma.

Well, they float, and they might be made out of wood... so I'm gonna say they weigh at least as much as a duck.

You'd probably panic too, if you murdered someone.
E Pluribus Anus.
"...They are not by-products of attempts to hit factories." - Air Chief Marshal Sir Arthur "Bomber" Harris. He was at least honest that killing civilians wasn't an unhappy side effect of bombing cities, it was the point.
"The aim of the Combined Bomber Offensive … should be unambiguously stated [as] the destruction of German cities, the killing of German workers, and the disruption of civilised life throughout Germany … the destruction of houses, public utilities, transport and lives, the creation of a refugee problem on an unprecedented scale, and the breakdown of morale both at home and at the battle fronts by fear of extended and intensified bombing, are accepted and intended aims of our bombing policy...."
Cheer up Things are never so bad that they can't get worse!
Anyone who proudly wears their nation's flag in the form of a pair of underpants is probably a stand-up guy.
Is she at home, washing my Ferrari? Sadly, once again, disappointment accrues.

Say it again!
Hoffman and DeNiro, good movie if anyone hasn't seen it.
Just because it's a bad idea doesn't mean we won't have a good time.
