As a chick in my 30s, I love it when a guy has the basics. Job, minimal debt, goals, a place of their own. Retirement plan is a big bonus!

Looks like a schipperke pup. They don't have much of a tail. While cute, they're stubborn neurotic little fuckers and can be bitey untrained

When you need letters of reference to get into a PhD or masters program it will all pay off

There are jobs in places that also have affordable housing. Just have to decide what you want more. Stay local/familiarity or affordability
