The original Monsters Inc. DVD has a sound effects-only audio track on it. Had me saying "why did they even bother with that, you can't even hear it over the score" several times. The thing about foley is when it's great, people won't even notice it.

Yes, thank you. First example looks tidy but patch/switch/patch is such a superior layout.

3k here... Did finally beat Uber Maven last league. Got a Mageblood too (since they were cheap compared to other leagues).

Yeah, as someone who's 6'6" the wide camera lens is definitely exaggerating the view. I very rarely notice how tall people are unless they're as tall or taller than me.

It annoys me that these aren't taken at the same aperture setting (clearly shown in the 85mm shot).

Field of view would be more analogous to increasing the sensor/film size than changing the focal length. Looking through a 50mm mounted on an SLR will look like you're just looking through a flat piece of glass.

That's a car headlight bulb (possibly an H7) and a Milwaukee 12v tool battery. Not the easiest (or safest) way to get a light, but if it's all you've got, sure.

One of BMW's best looking modern cars, IMO. The new 2 series is so ugly

I like how it tastes, honestly. I've never seen it in a can, though

You can get Bacchus in a can? I've only ever seen it in those small glass bottles. (Love the stuff btw)

Nice work. Bubble era Japanese cars are so good.

For those wondering, the light in this picture is a Noctigon K1 w/ W2.1 LED. About $100. And yes, you can see the beam like that IRL.

Most lightguns only work on CRTs, but the NES Zapper is just looking for a white target.

NASA posted something about sea level rise earlier on their socials and the sheer idiocy in the comments was disheartening.

I've been on Tidal for years and I love it. So glad they finally brought the price down to match.
