There is no correlation between the type of blood you have in your veins to the type of diet you should be eating. Its hocus pocus nonsense.
Calories are the only metric that works for body composition, glad you find it works well!

Store more fat. The net fat loss is not different than other means. People see the scales drop because of the water weight loss on keto. 2
It does burn fat faster, but new studies I’ve read on it have said you also store more on it too. So in balance you burn more fat and also 1

Ketosis is a change of fuel source as a reaction to change in diet. It’s not magic for weight loss. If you eat more you’ll still gain

Fortunately were more complex than a car! Eat more energy than we need - it gets stored. Eat too little - we burn stored energy.
