It's been "illegal" in Virginia for years, cops don't do shit about it though.
Very true, a fact that most people are ignorant of. More guns in the hands of responsible people equals less violent crime in general.
With so many people being judged in the court of "public opinion" these days, the 5th and 14th are also being ignored regularly.

I worked in retail for around 15 years so I'd have to say.. approximately a 100 percent chance.
