Almost like this extremely unlikely interaction was purposely filmed to make cops look like decent folks in an attempt to shift public perception of law enforcement. Copaganda, if you will.

Fully agree. Communicating clearly & succinctly is a key skill, & this educator is eliciting understanding through empathy, not just memorising winners, losers, leaders' names, locations, & dates by rote to spit back out on a test.
