Yeah it's a halfling, in my style they just look kind of indistinguishable from children.
Nobody has to be one. The implication of the fourth panel (and a lot of ghost mythology in general) is that they tend to have a reaaon to stay.
Thanks, I think theres a lot of interesting potential with how different species' cultures interact with whatever conventions ghosts have developed.

In this comic universe, nothing. Gorgons live in family units which would be hard without looking at each other. In other lore, who knows!

The chief was going to bring it home for his raven gryphon :)
I wanted to do fun combos for the cat parts too, but they weren't visible. Pigeon + tabby and Condor + Andean mountain cat.
Actually that seems like it would fit well in goblin decor

I think it's like a snake thing, like the eggs are soft-shelled. Or it's just magic, that works too.
If you tried having more eyes, they'd probably get you in sooner...
There was some discussion on Webtoon and the consensus was all of them need monocles, accompanied by tiny top hats of course.
neat. i don't usually associate watercolors with such prominent ink/linework; the effect is really nice.
Oh good, this would have been kind of a sad spot to think it was over :) Thank you for the comment, sometimes the miniseries don't attract a lot of new readers so it's great to hear when people did like it.
