I think the point is that a large portion of people driving pick up trucks (especially in urban centres) don't need a truck and would be just as well served (or better) with a smaller vehicle

Sadly, here in Ontario they've dropped the requirement from 40 to only 10 hours, and made it possible to earn those 10 hours in class if students don't bother to do it on their own time...
Take the receptacles off completely, paint the whole wall with a roller, put on nice new receptacles that aren't worn out and meet current code (tamper resistant)
