I appreciate this guy's patience. It seems weird to hear a parents act like their child is a weak and powerless little thing. The child should be learning to get over embarrassment and that it's temporary. I always hope that parents recognize that sometimes they get played by their kids and an adult needs to point it out to them.
As a teacher, I am VERY happy with that attitude. People need to have a BIT of competition in them....and more importantly, pride in their capacity.

I'd argue that's more the narcissistic personality disorder that got him that than the Pseudologia Fantasia. His NPD ended up protecting his lies because he's convinced people that he deserves to be listenned to and is actually the greatest. Because people can be sooooo dumb (I remember on Unsolved Mysteries, so many stories of shysters bilking people outta money). Same same.

I'm not convinced Israel fights by any kind of rules of engagement. I expect to see and hold no ethical exception for their enemies when they begin to attack them. May as well start bombing hospitals too...

No doubt right? I have had that exact moment. And a few other similar ones (slightly different contexts). I think those moments are what "fullfillment" is. I'm not sure the human psyche could handle living in that state permanently. But it's wonderful.

The men's team is actually the PERFECT example of the "bystander". They had an opportunity to help trump do better...... of course they just chimped it up with chest beating and missing a chance to support people who they ACTUALLY KNOW and, arguably, care about them.
