My guess is a he'll go on a rambling tirade with a mix of blaming Biden because part of the planning stage occurred during his term, blaming Canada since one of the astronauts is Canadian, and likely going "but muh DEI" because the crew includes a woman and a black man.

Unrelated, but after I finished reading the news brief I clicked to a random dump in the most viral sidebar, but the comments section didn't update with it. Thus when I got to the end I saw this comment and got a bit confused before realizing what happened, because #3 was no longer a news entry but instead this image:

#30 These days since I run with the YUP mod if I'm opening NV a dozen times in a few minutes it's not because the game is being unstable, it means I'm dicking around in GECK trying to get something I'm working on in my personal mod to work right...
I wouldn't be surprised if we aren't developing new ones so much as just dumping old stock on people. Which is probably worse for all involved since that means more degraded ordinance that'll be even more of a mess to clear.
They've already long since made it obvious they don't give a shit about human lives, so of course there was no way in hell they'd care about endangered species.
To be fair, it's consistent with the general theme where most of the wars the US has been in are named after the country they're fought in. Could borrow conventions from older conflicts like the Spanish-American War or the War of 1812 instead though, in which case it'd be the Iranian-American War or the War of 2026, respectively.
Could just be the mirrorverse timeline...

There's always something darkly humorous about a CSM warband whose origin was "we turned to Chaos because the Imperium was getting in our way and making it harder for us to fight Chaos"
#18 So for those who haven't been made to read that book back in high school, best as I can remember: Lenny (the guy getting shot) killed a woman by accident and George (the guy doing the shooting, and Lenny's only friend) expected that the manhunt searching for Lenny was going to torture him to death for it. Since George was also conscripted into the manhunt and found Lenny first, he decided to just shoot Lenny in the back of the head to get it over with quickly.
The biggest clues are "what the fuck kinda face was that opening in the helmet designed for" and "right wrist bent at a 90 degree angle" actually. It's either AI or someone who can paint really well but has absolutely zero understanding of human anatomy.
Back in my day we had chatbots without any of this fancy water-drinking LLM nonsense, and you had to program the answers yourself. [Shakes cane]
