You're right! I used to work at a chicken plant that processed 1.5 million birds per week. It was a medium sized plant in that company.

I live in NC and there are plenty of plow trucks that get deployed when winter weather is coming. Not so true in Arkansas, my home state.

Its very easy to make! Mix equal parts brown sugar and Sriracha and coat small pieces of bacon in it. Then bake until crispy!

I think this chart is referring to domesticated hogs for pork production. Which is why Iowa is shown to be densely populated with hogs.
