I've killed quite a few Anubis in AC Origins ?
It prevents germination in seeds, usually prevents weeds germinating in the spring but unfortunately will prevent grass from germinating too
Sorry to have to tell you this but that grass is not going to grow now. You have to wait 6-8 weeks after weed and feed to plant grass 1/2

When it's new. The stuff is so light because there's no water in it, looks amazing, and needs no treating ever. ~$20/sq ft though
I just installed a deck with thermally modified ash lumber. Basically it's baked in a kiln to treat the wood and it smells like coffee 1/2
"over 24 hours" So what was it? 25 hours? 5 days? A century? Terrible wording.

A heavy package that day. Never even knocked, I just heard him get back in his truck and leave before I had the chance to stop him.
And most recently they walked up to my house and threw a "sorry we missed you" sticker on my door because the driver didn't want to lift 3/
Even though that house has giant numbers next to their front door that the driver should clearly see, and they aren't even close to mine. 2/
I don't ever ship with FedEx because the drivers in my town have delivered multiple packages to the wrong house down the road 1/
