Native Tennessean here. Fuck this republican supermajority we got here. Because of them, we've got terrible policies that do nothing to benefit our citizens and we've attracted the worst people from the US to move here—most of them conservative Californians who think they now have the freedom to be the biggest assholes ever.
We essentially already do. Guns at protests? Only if you're a republican. Freedom to live your life as you please? Only if you're a straight. Freedom to worship? Only if you're an evangelical Christian. Freedom to determine your own health choices? Only if you're a man.
There are far more documented right wing domestic terrorists. Like, not even a contest! But how much more do you hear about "violent left wing activists?"
