I worry that the people on the margins who voted for him do not feel this was so much as they feel invisible and this was a way to lash out and be seen, and unless the Dems figure out how to make them feel included in the conversation and heard, than I fear it will only get worse

Fun fact most of Europe adopted a government funded healthcare after the war because there infrastructure and economy’s were decimated. Meanwhile in the USA employer based healthcare was on the rise to incentivize more workers to continue to build the weapons of war used in the war. Disclaimer: this is poorly explained but directionally correct. TLDR, the world wars shaped our current healthcare systems in America and Europe.
