Not a Finn but my best guess is that Helsinki offers education, better jobs and living conditions in general as a result of 'wealth' centralization in strategic and bigger agglomeration. Thus creating the 'bourgeois' vs 'honest workers' divide. While lot of 'honest workers' crave just decent living conditions, for simple mind the easiest scapegoat is your seemingly rich neighbor so to speak. And this is happening everywhere. I don't dispute that at all, I fully support it. It is just a common notion going around that their writing is bad and thus why should they be paid more? I read it lot of times and it does ring a bell. But now that I read few more articles I also understand why quality cannot be delivered, the game is broken and they cannot win.
